Korean-developed meat, thin sliced pork belly

I went to the mart and bought thin sliced belly
per 100g : 2,500 won ($ 2.18)

To one's suprise, The first developer of thins sliced belly is Korean, his name is Baek Jong-won.
He said he made it by his mistake.

Put thin sliced pork belly on a frying fan
Bake the front and back sides.
It ripens early because it is thin.

 

Ta-da!
Korean have to eat meat with rice.
Meat is mostly right.
But this isn't good. The texture is too dry.
